Columbia Falls Swim Team
FUNDRAISING & VOLUNTEERING
CFST is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that is run by a group of volunteer Board of Directors. Coaching staff are the only paid employees.
As with any non-profit, we rely heavily on fundraising, as well as volunteer hours from our swim families.
Historically, we’ve raised funds through raffle ticket sales, butter braid sales, grants, etc.
Family Volunteering Requirements
1. Each family is required to join a swim committee to spread tasks throughout the team this year (You can do this at the mandatory meeting)
2. We are having a mandatory Telethon day of fundraising this year on April 30, 2023
- Families must join the meeting to get information on the Telethon participation
3. Due to the Telethon being mandatory, raffle rickets are available but will not be mandatory this year
